StillCruisin is a community site. Much of what appears here, including photos, is submitted by the people who use it. We respect copyright, and we expect our community to do the same.
Post only what is yours to post. If you did not take the photo, and you do not have permission from the person who did, do not upload it. A picture found elsewhere on the internet is not free to reuse simply because it was easy to find.
This page explains how a copyright owner can notify us of infringing material, and how someone whose material was removed can respond.

Reporting material that infringes your copyright
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3), your written notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say was infringed. If you are reporting many works at once, a representative list of them.
- Identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough information for us to find it. Please give us the full URL of the page, and describe which photo or item on that page you mean.
- Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email address if you have one.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Send it to dmca@kuzmacksuites.com, or by mail to the address above.
If your notice is missing any of these, it may not be effective and we may not be able to act on it.
What we do when we receive a notice
We act expeditiously to remove or disable access to material identified in a notice that substantially meets the requirements above. We will also make a reasonable effort to tell the person who posted it what happened and provide them a copy of the notice, so they can respond if they believe there has been a mistake.
Caution
Before you send a notice, please read this
Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing can be held liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. The same is true of someone who knowingly misrepresents that material was removed by mistake. Sending a takedown notice is a legal step, not a complaint form. If you are unsure whether something actually infringes your copyright, consider speaking with an attorney first.
If your material was removed and you think that was a mistake
You can send us a counter-notification. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3), it must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed, and where it appeared on the site before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where you live, or, if you live outside the United States, of any judicial district where Kuzmack Suites, LLC may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.
Send it to the same address. If your counter-notification is effective, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days, unless the person who sent the original notice tells us first that they have gone to court to stop the activity.
Understand what a counter-notification does: it gives the other side your name and address, and it consents to a federal court's jurisdiction over you. It is not a casual step either.
Repeat infringers
Consistent with 17 U.S.C. 512(i), we have adopted and reasonably implement a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright. If you keep posting other people's work, you will lose your access to this site.
Nothing here is legal advice
This page describes how we handle copyright notices. It is not legal advice, and we cannot tell you whether particular material infringes a copyright.
